Kruise Control Transportation transports individuals to and from doctor appointments, clinics, and any other non-emergency needs a person may have. We travel to Sayre PA, Rochester, Buffalo, Olean, Bath, Dansville, and any other local areas. Our vehicles are safe and prepared to transport children & the elderly. As of now, we do not have a wheelchair accessible medical van, but that will be changing in the near future. Although the NEMT business is highly competitive, we believe and have seen first hand that there is a demand for a high quality, affordable, efficient and durable transportation company in the surrounding area.

Hospital Visits
If there are trips were you may need the driver and/or, one of our CNA’s to assist with and wait during the hours of the appointments we are here to help!
If Scheduled at least 48hrs in advance we also travel to Dansville, Olean, Buffalo, Sayre PA, and other surrounding hospitals and clinics.

No Matter One Way or Round Trip, We Are Here For Your Needs!!
In Town Trips
Besides medical trips, we also offer local affordable rides. For some towns surrounding Hornell, they will receive the local rate!
